If you are thinking about investing in a property in Spain, it is advisable to learn as much about the country as possible. What is it like to live in the different areas? What are local traditions? Local ferias? What is the best way to conduct your property search? What signs should you look out for to avoid potential pitfalls?
These are just a few of the many subjects covered in the Spanish Property Magazine.
The Spanish Property Magazine has been one of the best-selling magazines about Spain on Newsstand for the iPad for two years now (Best selling is a bit of a misnomer as for the last year and a bit it has been totally free).
If you are interested in moving to Spain and living in Spain, it has a wealth of indispensable information about the process of buying property in Spain and the lifestyle in Spain. It features great bargain properties, at all price ranges, in many different areas of Spain. It is written and put together by people who have experience in both living in the country and advising those who want to live here.
However, not many people know that it is also available on Issuu for those people who don’t have an iPad. The Issuu version is not quite as interactive, there are no videos like there are in the iPad version and there are fewer clickable links because of the limitations of the platform, but you can always contact us using the mail address in the magazine info@spanish-property.net for more information on any of the properties or with questions you may have after reading the articles.
As the magazine has been free for over a year now you can also download the past issues where the properties might now well have sold, sometimes they get sold before the magazine appears such are the bargains that feature, but the articles are still essential and evergreen. You can also take a look at some of the articles on the Spanish Property Network at www.spanish-property.net.
We advise you to:
- Download the last issue which was a compilation of the articles from 2014. It is a treasure trove of the best and most informative writing about life and property in Spain. (You can see it in two parts on Issuu here).
- Take a look at the latest issue Here. This year we have a new look, a slimmed down property focus and many more articles.
For any question just contact the SPN or Tweet Graham @grahunt or Lisa @familyinspain for more information. We look forward to hearing from you.
